Refund and Return Policy
1. Service and Satisfaction: We stand behind the quality of our mobile forklift repair and maintenance services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of the service date, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
2. Refunds for Labor: Labor charges are generally non-refundable once the service has been rendered. However, if a service was not completed as agreed, or if a fault reoccurs within 7 days, we may offer a partial refund or a complimentary re-service at our discretion.
3. Parts Return Policy:
- OEM and aftermarket parts installed by our technicians may be eligible for a return if they are defective or unused, and must be reported within 7 days of installation.
- If a part fails due to a manufacturer defect, we will handle the replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.
- Returned parts must be in their original condition and packaging. A restocking fee (15-25%) may apply depending on the supplier.
4. Cancellations:
- Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment is subject to a $95 call-out fee to cover travel and technician time.
5. Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be issued for:
- Issues arising from misuse or neglect of the forklift after the repair.
- Diagnostic or call-out fees, unless waived by management.
- Services declined after a technician has arrived on-site.
6. How to Request a Refund or Return: To initiate a return or refund, please contact our office at email service@fnforkliftrx.com with:
- Your name and business name
- Invoice number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or documentation (if applicable)
We aim to review all refund or return requests within 3 business days.
